Recently, Atlas Copco has started mass production of the new NGP 130+ nitrogen generator in its Wuxi factory and introduced a new generation of control and automation technology for its NGP+8-130 series nitrogen generators. Now, the high-end NGP+ series is complete in terms of available models and functions, and is able to provide professional nitrogen generators with flexibility, reliability and low operating costs.
The NGP 130+ is able to provide nitrogen flow rates of 37-264 Nm³/h (depending on the selected purity), providing customers in the market segment with a nitrogen generation solution that can be tailored to their needs. The launch of the new model completes Atlas Copco's high-end pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen supply solution. Now, the NGP+ series offers all nitrogen generator models with flow rates ranging from 1.9 to 2871 Nm³/h (under reference conditions).

At the same time, Atlas Copco has applied its next-generation control and automation technology to all smaller NGP+ models (NGP+ 8-130) to provide customers with high-quality efficiency and reliability.
This includes nitrogen purity monitoring, which continuously monitors nitrogen purity and protects when purity is not up to standard. On the intake side, 7×24 hours of intake quality monitoring prevents compressed air of unqualified quality from entering the nitrogen generator to avoid affecting its life.
The Variable Cycle Saver algorithm optimizes the PSA cycle at low load and low ambient temperature, bringing customers an additional energy saving of up to 40%.
All NGP+ 8-130 models are equipped with a professional Elektronikon® Touch controller, which can easily select nitrogen purity and provide advanced monitoring and connection options.
NGP+ 8-130 also provides many new optional functions to meet customers' specific requirements. This includes options such as ambient oxygen concentration monitoring, low ambient temperature operation, nitrogen pressure dew point monitoring and extremely low nitrogen pressure dew point.
The new NGP+ 8-130 uses the same modular design as existing products, which are made of extruded aluminum. This non-pressure vessel design ensures a compact footprint and reliable operation, two advantages that are very popular with customers.
Another very popular feature is the excellent low total cost of operation of the NGP+ series. The nitrogen generator and its software are designed to utilize high-end carbon molecular sieve adsorbents with maximum efficiency, ensuring that less compressed air is consumed per unit of nitrogen produced.
